Recipe Beef Teriyaki:
This is a gluten free recipe you can make whenever you need something healthier to enjoy. It is perfect for those who are on special diets.

Ingredients for the beef :
2 pounds of flank steak
½ cup of cornstarch
4 to 6 Tablespoons of coconut oil
Ingredients for the sauce :
½ cup of tamari
½ cup of light brown sugar
¼ cup of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
¼ teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, grated

Preparation :
1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips. Transfer into a Ziploc bag. Add in the cornstarch. Toss well to coat.
2. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, add in the tamari, light brown sugar, water, cornstarch and pepper flakes. Whisk well to mix.
3. In a skillet set over medium to high heat, add in 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add in the beef. Cook for 5 minutes on both sides or until cooked. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil. Add in the sliced green onions, minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir well to mix. Allow to come to a simmer. Add in the cooked beef. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until thick in consistency.
5. Remove from heat. 6. Serve the beef immediately with the cooked white rice.
