Recipe Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs:




This is a sweet and savory teriyaki chicken dish you can make during your next family barbecue. It is an easy to make dinner dish that everybody will fall in love with


Serving Size: 8 servings
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for the marinade:

1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of light brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
½ teaspoons of powdered garlic
2 Tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt

Ingredients for the meat and veggies:

1 pounds of chicken thighs, boneless, skinless and cut into
pieces
12 mushrooms, whole
1 zucchini, cut into 1 inch sized pieces
1 red bell peppers, seeds removed and sliced into pieces
1 onion, cut into wedges
12 cherry tomatoes



Preparation :

1. In a Ziploc bag, add in all of the ingredients for the marinade. Toss gently to mix. Add in the chicken pieces and seal the bag. Place into the fridge to marinate for 3 hours.2. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.

2. Thread the marinated chicken onto metallic skewers. In intervals, thread the mushrooms, zucchini pieces, bell pepper peppers, tomatoes and onion wedges. 

3. Place the skewers onto the grill. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 

4. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
